The Academy has a good pool of resource persons who include eminent academicians, policy makers & high government officials, retired Ambassadors, practitioners in diplomacy, and professionals & experts from the public and private organizations/institutes. Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Heads of Missions of UN & International Organizations based in Dhaka and visiting experts & eminent foreign personalities are often invited to deliver speeches and conduct sessions on specific themes.

Besides, the Academy organizes talks by experts and scholars from Bangladesh and abroad. Bangladesh envoys to foreign countries often give talks at FSA on the relevant topics while they visit the headquarters in Dhaka.
