The Academy organizes special courses, workshops, seminars and brain-storming sessions on varied subjects with aim to hone and improve leadership skills of the participants, through indepth analysis and and presentation of the given topics.

FSA recently organized a short course on ‘Adaptive Leadership in Diplomacy’ Course for foreign ministry officials in collaboration with the Center for Asia Leadership Initiative-CALI (an Asia based initiative of Harvard University’s Asia Center).
