Rector’s Message

Welcome to the website of Foreign Service Academy (FSA), Bangladesh. The Academy is housed in the historic building popularly known as “Sugandha” where the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had his first office as Prime Minister.

About FSA

The Academy is located in the premise of “Sugandha” at 22 Baily Road, Dhaka. Adjacent to the lush green historic Ramna Park, the Academy is located in close vicinity of Ministers’ residences, Chief Justice’s house, residential blocks of high govt. officials, Officers’ Club, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka University, National Press Club, Shilpakala Academy, and the National Museum.
